OnTime (operated by Nxtern LLC, 3120 139th Ave SE STE 500, Bellevue, WA 98040) stores email messages sent to your student's OnTime address (handle@ontime.nxtern.com) for the purpose of extracting and tracking academic deadlines.
Email sender, subject, body text, and extracted deadline information. We forward emails to the student's real email address.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (AI processing via Anthropic API for deadline extraction).
To request deletion of your data, email philip@nxtern.com.
